Marcela and Ryan teamed up to create Ready, Plan, Grow! because they saw too many small business owners wasting time, overwhelmed by bad advice, confusing tools, and solutions that were over-priced for their small business. They see AI as the solution for most of these challenges.

As a small business coach and operations strategist, Marcela brings structure and clarity to the chaos. Ryan brings decades of hands-on experience in AI, SEO, ecommerce, and retail. Together, they built a community that helps small business owners learn how to use AI the right way, make smarter decisions, and grow efficiently—with guidance they can trust and systems that actually work.

Marcela Shine is a go-to-market and operations expert who helps small business owners use AI, systems, and smart marketing to grow efficiently. She’s known for her supportive but direct, “spill the beans” style—cutting through the fluff to make complex things simple.

Marcela has founded startups, raised capital, led product and brand teams, and built scalable coaching programs that supported over 15,000 entrepreneurs. At ZenBusiness, she leads brand execution and corporate marketing.
A proud Colombiana who immigrated to NYC as a child, Marcela brings a builder’s mindset to everything she creates.

With 35+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail, and global business (working with brands like Ducati and BMW), Ryan brings practical expertise and a sharp focus on AI to the Ready, Plan, Grow! team.

He launched Casoli Moto USA in 1999, hitting nearly $1M in year one, and co-founded Logoclothz.com, an ecommerce success featured in Starter Story and tawk.to for its SEO and customer-first growth.
After surviving lung cancer, Ryan dove into AI and prompt engineering, founding 1der.ai to help small businesses cut through the hype and use AI tools that actually work.
